Description of Facilities

     Directions to Landsbaum Center for Health Education

1433 N. 6-1/2 Street - Terre Haute, IN 47807 

DIRECTIONS:

From Indianapolis:

Take I-70 west to Terre Haute, Exit 7 turning right at the exit; turn right again onto U.S. 41 (heading north) - this is also North Third Street.  Continue north approximately four miles (you will pass the Court House on the left and Indiana State University on the right).  Continue over the overpass for about one-half mile to 8th Avenue and turn right (east)–you will see the electronic Union Hospital sign at the intersection, then follow directions below*. 

From Southern Indiana:

Take U.S. 41 North past I-70 overpass, Continue north for about four miles (you will pass the Court House on the left and Indiana State University on the right).  Continue over the overpass for about one-half mile to 8th Avenue and turn right (east)–you will see the Union Hospital sign, follow directions below*.   

From Northern Indiana:

Take U.S. 41 or Hwy 63 South past Maple Avenue (US41 & Hwy 63 exchange), continue to first stop light (8th Avenue), turn left (east) on 8th Avenue.  You will see the Union Hospital sign, follow directions below*. 

From Eastern Indiana:

Take Hwy. 46 into Terre Haute, turn onto Hwy 40, follow Hwy 40 to U.S. 41 at Court House, go right (north) Continue over the overpass for about one-half mile to 8th Avenue and turn right (east)–you will see the Union Hospital sign, follow directions below*.   

From Illinois:

Take I-70 east to Terre Haute, take the first Terre Haute Exit turning right at the exit; turn left onto U.S. 41 (heading north) - this is also North Third Street.  Continue north approximately four miles (you will pass the Court House on the left and Indiana State University on the right).  Continue over the overpass for about one-half mile to 8th Avenue and turn right (east)–you will see the Union Hospital sign, follow directions below*. 

* Go three blocks until you see the Union Hospital Emergency Room sign on the left.  There will be a three-way stop sign. You will see the Emergency Room on the left.  Turn right at the three-way stop sign and you will be heading south on 6 ½ Street --you will see the Union Hospital Professional Office Building on your left and then a brown brick building that houses the Family Medicine Center.  Directly past the Family Medicine Center is the Landsbaum Center for Health Education.  There is a free parking lot south of the Landsbaum Center. You may also find parking places in the lot just across the street and south of the Family Medicine Center.
