Welcome to the site of the Office of the Vice President for Business Affairs,  Finance, and University Treasurer at Indiana State University. 

The Division of Business Affairs and Finance at Indiana State University is responsible for many of the administrative and financial areas of the university including budgeting, payroll, human resources, purchasing, facilities, risk management, environmental safety, space management and workman's compensation.
