In the interview with the Business Education Program Coordinator, you will be asked to demonstrate your skill at keyboarding by touch.  You should be capable of touch-typing at a minimum of 25 words per minute on a five-minute timing with five or fewer errors.  (If you currently do not possess the skill to meet this standard, you are advised to enroll in a class that will provide you with this capability before entering the program.  These classes are available though local community colleges and business schools.)

The Business Education Transition-to-Teaching Program requires one ON-CAMPUS course, BEIT 592, Methods of Teaching Business Subjects.
