BEIT FacultyWilliam J. Wilhelm (bewilhel@isugw.indstate.edu) BEIT Program Coordinator Dr. William J. Wilhelm, Associate Professor of Business Education, Information, and Technology, holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and Masters and Doctorate degrees in Education from Arizona State University in curriculum and instruction. Prior to completing his post-graduate studies at Arizona State University, Dr. Wilhelm held marketing and management positions in industry and later in his own company. Dr. Wilhelm teaches Business Report Writing, Spreadsheet and Database Applications, and Methods of Teaching Business Subjects. His research and publications focus on entry-level workplace skills, ethical reasoning development, and performance learning and assessment. Click here for Dr. Wilhelm’s homepage. Chia-An Chao (bechao@isugw.indstate.edu) Chia-an Chao, Assistant Professor of Business Education, Information, and Technology, completed her undergraduate work at the National Taiwan University. She received her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Indiana University, Bloomington. Prior to joining the BEIT faculty, Dr. Chao worked as a consultant and information systems trainer at consulting and software firms. Dr. Chao teaches Business Report Writing, Information in the Electronic Age, Information and Technology in Organizations, and Managing Information Resources and Staff. Her research interests include organizational learning, college-to-work transition, information design, and performance technologies. Kelly Wilkinson (bewilkin@isugw.indstate.edu) Kelly Wilkinson, Associate Professor of Business Education, Information, and Technology, completed her bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Masters of Science Degree in Business Education at Arkansas State University. She earned her Ph.D. in Vocational Education-Business Education and Information Science at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Dr. Wilkinson teaches Business Report Writing, Information in the Electronic Age, and Document Planning and Design. Her research interests are in the area of technology and its impact on the user. Mary Ellen Adams (MEAdams@indstate.edu) Emeritus Professor Mary Ellen Adams, Professor of Business, holds three degrees from Indiana University, Bloomington: a B.S. in business education with a minor in math; an MBA; and a Ph.D. in business education with areas in business administration, curriculum, and research. She usually teaches courses related to report writing or business teacher education. In 1982, she received the Caleb Mills Distinguished Teaching Award. Writing interests focus on issues related to office administration and business education. |
